Iio Jozo Japanese Honey Sweetened Purple Sweet Potato Vinegar

From the Iio Jozo brewery, purple sweet potato gives this vinegar a delightfully sweet and earthy taste. It makes a wonderful vinaigrette or if you're brave enough you could chug the whole bottle (don't do that).
